Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Rhythm & Revolution ("R&R", "we") handles personal information collected on rhythmandrevolution.com. It covers the launch waitlist and the website itself. The R&R online platform will have its own terms and privacy notice when it opens.

What we collect
Only when you join the waitlist:
- Your email address (required)
- What you are interested in (training with R&R, or becoming an instructor)
- The country you type in (optional)
- The language the site was shown in
- The country your connection comes from, as a two-letter code. We do not store your IP address.
- The date and time you signed up
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details or anything else on this site.
Why we use it
To email you about the launch of the R&R online platform and early access for founding members. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, the legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. If you do not become a member, we delete your waitlist entry no later than 12 months after the platform launches.
Who processes it for us
The website and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which stores and serves the data on our behalf on its global network. This means your data may be processed outside your country. When we send launch emails we may use an email delivery service; we will name it here before we do.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which countries visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not track individual people. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a language, it is remembered only in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to madfit01@gmail.com. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The waitlist is for adults. Parents or guardians may sign up on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14 (in Korea) or under 16 (in the EU).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.

리듬앤레볼루션(Rhythm & Revolution, 이하 "R&R")은 rhythmandrevolution.com에서 받는 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 이 방침은 출시 알림 신청과 웹사이트에 적용되며, 온라인 플랫폼은 개설 시 별도의 약관과 방침을 안내합니다.
1. 수집 항목
출시 알림 신청 시에만 다음을 수집합니다.
- 필수: 이메일 주소
- 선택: 관심 분야(R&R 운동 / R&R 지도자), 국가(직접 입력)
- 자동: 사이트 표시 언어, 접속 국가 코드(2자리, IP 주소는 저장하지 않음), 신청 일시
2. 이용 목적
R&R 온라인 플랫폼 출시 소식과 창립 회원 사전 이용 안내 이메일 발송. 그 밖의 목적으로 이용하거나 판매·광고용으로 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
수신 거부 또는 삭제 요청 시까지. 회원으로 가입하지 않은 경우 플랫폼 출시 후 12개월 이내에 파기합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 신청하지 않으시면 됩니다. 이 경우 출시 알림 이메일을 받을 수 없습니다. 출시 안내 메일 발송 업체를 이용하게 되면 사용 전에 이 페이지에 추가합니다.
5. 방문 통계
Cloudflare Web Analytics로 페이지 조회 수와 방문 국가를 집계합니다. 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며 개인을 추적하지 않습니다. 광고·추적용 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리
언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 수신 거부를 아래 이메일로 요청하실 수 있으며, 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 개인정보 침해에 대해서는 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번없이 118)에 상담·신고하실 수 있습니다.
7. 만 14세 미만 아동
출시 알림 신청은 성인을 대상으로 합니다. 자녀를 위해서는 보호자가 직접 신청해 주세요. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보는 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
